What You’ll Need to Draw a Juice Box
I’m not going to gatekeep drawing so you are absolutely welcome to just use what you have to draw with me <3. That includes:
But I will be drawing it digitally on my tablet using the most affordable software I know, Clip Studio Paint.
I got it because I loved that you get access to a continuously-updated vault of free natural brushes and other materials made by pros to speed up & elevate your drawing process, perfect for beginners.
And you get all of that for a lifetime just by paying once (gasp)! Trust me, those monthly membership fees add up and I want you to be happily creating cute art without breaking the bank💵🚫.
But anyways, choose your non-lethal drawing weapon and let’s get started!
How to Draw Strawberry Juice Box Step-by-Step
1. Draw a Cube
So first, draw a diagonal line towards the top of your page.
Then, draw a line down from the left end of that floating line to give it a buddy.
So next, draw a horizontal line at the bottom. I know you see that cube forming.

Then, draw another horizontal line but up top.
Then, draw another vertical line to form the front-facing rectangle. We’re making big waves with this cube. Some might say, Picasso-worthy👩🎨✨
So now, draw a horizontal line parallel to the top one but extend it a bit further.
Then, draw another vertical line.
Lastly, for the cube, draw 2 connecting diagonal lines.
2. Draw the Juice Box Flap
So now, draw a ‘u’ shape at the top right of the juice box for its flap. To rob a juice box of its flap is to steal its identity so I’ll leave that choice in your hands.
Then, we need to drip out the juice box with a few simple lines, starting with this.
Then, draw another line down below the flap.
3. Add the Cat Face
So let’s draw some ears as 2 ‘n’ curves.
Then, draw another ‘n’ curve around the 1st ones you made to complete the cat ears.
Then, draw a scalloped edge to make some strawberries inside each ear.
So next, draw a caterpillar-like outline for each eye. They’re actually strawberry leaves but cartoon style.
Then, we need to give him a mouth and nose because who are we to deprive him of his 6 senses?
So, draw a circle and an upside down triangle for his mouth and nose respectively.
4. Draw a Straw
Then, draw a curved pipe-like shape for the start of the straw because the kids need something to sip from.
So now, keep the curved line going. Our straw drawing grind won’t stop until it’s over.
Then, finish the straw like this 🙂
So on the left of the straw, draw a long arching line for the straw wrapper.
Then, do the same on the other side of the straw.
But also, enclose it by drawing small curved lines like so:
Then add a wavy edge to make it look cute.
5. Add the Design & Nutrition Facts
So now, we need to make sure everyone knows this is juice so write the word, “juice” in bubble letters on the left side of the box.
And it’s not any ordinary juice so also add diamonds and loops for a sparkly vibe.
Then, add these ‘n’ curves for the strawberries so people can recognize the flavor.
Then, add the strawberry tops by drawing a pill shape and adding a looped edge on one side.
Carry that strawberry design over to the side of the box along with some lines to replace the nutrition facts.
But also, write “100% real” so people aren’t frightened for their health.
Finally, to finish off our sketch, draw some wavy lines, diamonds, and loops wherever for funsies.
How to Color the Strawberry Juice Box Drawing
So first, color the box pink because that’s only fitting of a strawberry juice.
Then, color the strawberry fruits and his mouth red.
But also, color the leaves green.
And because yellow will just make everything pop, color the wrapper and the word, “juice” yellow.
Then, dot yellow seeds on each strawberry.
Then, let’s start shading! So, open a new Multiply layer in Clip Studio Paint & color the side of the juice box pink.
Then, airbrush the outer sides of each ear pink in the multiply layer as well.
So now, lightly airbrush a pink shadow on the left and bottom of the juice box.
But also, in yellow, airbrush the middle of the straw wrapper.
Then, airbrush a yellow line along the inner curve of the straw to give it a snatched moment.
And, onto highlights! So first, draw a white line in a normal layer with your pen along one side of the strawberries and his ears.
Then, airbrush a light pink ‘!’ across the left side of the juice box.
But also, add another ‘!’ in light yellow in the top left of the wrapper.
Then that’s it!
