What You’ll Need to Draw Strawberry Cat Jam

I’m not going to gatekeep drawing so you are absolutely welcome to just use what you have to draw with me <3. That includes:

How to Draw Strawberry Cat Jam Step by Step

So first, draw an oval.

So now, draw another oval that slightly overlaps the first.

Then, draw 2 short ‘(‘ and ‘)’ curves to connect the sides of the jam jar lid!

So next, add a rough circle guide for good proportions. Then, draw an ‘L’-shaped curve along the left.

Then mirror this on the other side <3.

So next, draw 2 curves around the middle of the jam jar for the label!

Then draw a wavy border along the inside of the jar for some fun jam.

How to Draw Strawberry Cat Macaron

Then, draw ‘w’-shaped curves for a cute lid outline. It’s easy if you follow what you see below <3.

So next, draw some lines to help define the drawing – on the lid and in the jam.

Then, draw a chunky beauty blender shape for the base of your strawberry!

Next, draw a triangle with another triangle inside it for a half cut strawberry.

So now, add the word “strawberry” to show what kind of jam it is.

Then, draw a shape like this, ^-^ and connect the 2 triangles with a curve at the end.

So this’ll form your strawberry jam cats!

So after that, add how many ever cats feel right and draw different expressions on them.

So first, add this strawberry cat, which you can learn how to draw here step-by-step!

But also, draw a spoon as a curved rectangle attached to an oval.

Then, draw a blob (like a wobbly circle) on your spoon where the cat is scooping jam.

And that’s it for the strawberry cat jam drawing! So let’s color it together in the next section <3.

How to Color Cat Jam Drawings

So first, color the spoon, a silver blue and the blob, cats, and strawberries red.

So next, color the strawberry leaves green and the lid grey.

Then, we’ll get crazy and color the jar blue and the label yellow.

So next, color the jam light red such that the cats are darker.

Then, add large ‘s’-shaped curves to the jam in a lighter red or pink. But fade it to be transparent.

So after that, shade the right to the bottom side of the jar blue.

Then, shade the top circle and below the bottom curve of the lid blue as well!

So now, airbrush a pink shadow under the blue flap casting a shadow there.

Then, to give our jam a little glossy shine, open a new normal layer & draw a white line on the right side.

Finally, lock the pixels of each of your line art layers and airbrush them their matching colors like yellow for the label, blue for the jar, & pink for the jam.
